Bisque de Langosta with corn and asparagus

Nido de Queso with burrata cheese, baby arugula, tomatoes, pesto and white balsamic reduction

Ceviche de Atun with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and serrano peppers in a ponzu sauce 

The Mains…

Pollo Rostizado with creamed cauliflower, grilled vegetables, white wine gravy and sweet potato confit

Filete de Mignon with a potato soufflé, creamed spinach, grilled vegetables and a red wine sauce

Halibut Casse with baby vegetables, herb roasted potatoes, baby arugula, black olives and capers
